*The second Sunday of the month from 4:00pm-7:00pm is Kundalini Yoga Community Day. Each month someone in the community will volunteer their home and serve as host of the event. There is Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, a gong meditation and a deliciously unique vegetarian potluck dinner and plenty of yogi tea. It provides an environment to visit, get to know one another, with lots of love and laughter! Community Day location will be announced by email.
